He is survived by: his wife Kay; his daughter Michelle Lewis; his grandchildren, Ashley, Bryanna, Kayley, Ariana and Keaton; and his siblings, Vangie, Tina, Tracy, Terry and Timothy. He is also survived by eight great-grandchildren.
