He is survived by: his siblings, James Meadows (Dawn) of Winchester, Pearl Underwood of Winchester, Sally Shifflett (Donald) of Middletown, VA and Russell Meadows Jr. (Sandy) of Purcellville, VA; his children, Lillie Feltner and Zachary Feltner; and his granddaughter Aurora Feltner. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
