He was predeceased by: his father Earl Bowers; his wife Lori Robinson Bowers; and his brother Daniel Bowers. He is survived by: his mother Carolyn Bowers; his children, Tarah Washbourne, Holly Washbourne and Jeffrey Washbourne (Hailey); his siblings, Tancy Seal, Lori Nebel and Dennis Bowers; and his grandchildren, Mylie, Stevie and Josiah.
A memorial service was held on Saturday, November 16th 2024 at 11:00 AM at the Limeton United Methodist Church (9 Limeton Main St, Bentonville, VA 22610). A reception was held on Saturday, November 16th 2024 at 12:00 PM at the same location.
