She was predeceased by: her parents, Finley W. Haines and Virginia M. Morris Haines; her sister Dorothy Miller of Clearbook, VA; her daughter Mary Hackett; and her grandson Tanner Hoover.
She is survived by: her husband Phillip B. Dellinger; and her children, Dennis Tusing (Teri) of Winchester, VA, Theresa Tusing of Winchester, VA, Steve Tusing (Michele) of Sutton, WV, Michelle Shank (Robbie) of Winchester, VA and Renee Brown (Jason) of Culpeper, VA.
Visitation was held on Wednesday, November 13th 2024 from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM at the Winchester Church of God (2080 N Frederick Pike, Winchester, VA 22603). A funeral service was held on Wednesday, November 13th 2024 at 1:00 PM at the same location.
