We are sad to announce that on October 2, 2024, Talbert Foster DeHaven of Winchester, Virginia passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Beecher DeHaven and Elsie Mae DeHaven; his wife Joyce Ann Bishop; and his siblings, Audrey, Austin, Ellsworth, Raymond, Robert and William.

He is survived by: his children, Talbert DeHaven, Jr., Laurie Wilkey (Charlie), Richard DeHaven (Norie) and John DeHaven; and his grandchildren, Talbert III, Lindsey, Jacob, Bryan, Rebekah, Daniel and Bethany. He is also survived by several great-grandchildren.

Memorial contributions may be made in memory of Talbert to Gainesboro Fire & Rescue Company, 221 Gainesboro Road, Winchester, VA 22603.
