He was predeceased by: his parents, David Rue and Lucille Laverne Ramsey (Glass). He is survived by: his wife Twyla "Susie" Symons; his daughter Amanda Ramsey Noll (Jason) of Martinsburg, WV; his grandchildren, Owen of Martinsburg, WV and Madelyn Noll of Martinsburg, WV; and his siblings, Shelby Sowell (Dwight) of Stephens City, VA, Frances Shaffer (Stuart) of Gore, VA, Gerald Ramsey (Patty) of Stephens City, VA and Barry Ramsey (Elaine) of Columbia, NC. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
