She was predeceased by: her parents, Carl Bayliss and Vergie Bayliss; her husband Samuel Edward "Sam" Plummer, Sr.; and her siblings, Ruth Rinker, Mary Lou Mallow, Eugene, Robert, James, Phillip and Donald Bayliss.
She is survived by: her children, Debbra Lynn Sandy (Timothy), Trina Shawn Lockhart and Samuel Edward Plummer, Jr.; her grandchildren, Michelle Broadstreet, Timothy Sandy, Jr., Hunter Sandy, Breanna Lockhart and Samuel E. Plummer, III; her great grandchildren, Carter Sandy and Keelie Broadstreet; and her brother Charles Bayliss.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made in memory of Shirley to a charity of the donor's choice.
