He is survived by: his wife Peggy Ann; his children, Tammy Starkey, Russell Lee Starkey, Michael Lee Wilkins (Jennifer), Steven Gregory Dellinger and Shawn Eugene Dellinger; his grandson Mark Eugene Dellinger; his great grandchild Macy Lynn Dellinger; and his brothers, David Wilkins (Margie), Alfred Wilkins (Mary) and Billy Wilkins (Rebecca).
