He was predeceased by: his parents, Frank Telek and Anna Telek (Kali); his siblings, Pauline Damico, Ann Keytack, Mary Danyluk, William Telek and Peter Telek; and his close friend Frances Dodson.
He is survived by: his close friends, Walter Barr and Willie Walters; his sister Irene Bradley of Albuquerque, NM; his sister-in-law Leona Telek of Johnstown, PA; his great-nephew Evan Peel; and his close friends, Dickie Moore and Jerry Bosserman. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
