He was predeceased by: his parents, Carl Clowser and Sarah Clowser. He is survived by: his wife Margaret Kelchner; and his children, Joyce C. Frazier of Bunker Hill, WV, Teresa C. Wisneski (Joe) of Middletown, VA, Gloria J. Connell of Inwood, WV and Jeffrey A. Clowser (Tammy) of Winchester. He is also survived by eight grandchildren, and six great grandchildren.
Visitation was held on Wednesday, November 6th 2024 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Jones Funeral Home - Winchester (228 S Pleasant Valley Rd, Winchester, VA 22601). A funeral service was held on Thursday, November 7th 2024 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
