He was predeceased by: his parents, Ellard L. Dunn and Edith Mae Whitmore; his son Robert L Dunn, Jr.; his siblings, Mary Louise White, Charles E. Dunn and William E. Dunn; and his pets, Molly and Dolly.
He is survived by: his children, Rhonda L. Wiltshire (Merle) of Winchester, Ronald L. Dunn of Upperville and Ricky L. Dunn (Wendy) of Winchester; his grandchildren, Thomas B Rose II and Robert L Dunn III; his stepgrandson Jeremiah Rickard; his great grandchild Autumn C Rose; his siblings, Shirley Jenkins of Charles Town and Gary W. Dunn (Pat) of Shepherdstown; and his sister-in-law Patricia Golightly Dunn of Winchester. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
