He was predeceased by: his grandsons, Martin "Allen" Williams Jr. and Benjamin Ryder; his great grandchild Jeb Roberts; his brother Charles L. Stotler; and his pet Chesney.

He is survived by: his wife Linda; his children, Kathryn Stotler, Melissa Williams (Marty) of Winchester, VA, Jake Strosnider (Robin) of Stephens City, VA, Stephanie Ryder (Kenny) of Stephens City, VA and Sarah Watkins (James) of Stephens City, VA; his sisters, Carolyn Baylis (Gary) of Winchester, VA and Sandra Stotler of North Charleston, SC; his grandsons, Robert Strosnider, Brandon Strosnider and Matthew Williams; his nephew Charles Michael Stotler; his great-nephew Harrison Fair; and also Timothy Brown. He is also survived by 10 grandchildren; 5 great-grandchildren.
