He was predeceased by: his parents, Guy M. Parsons and Janice Romaine Sencindiver-Parsons; and his grandparents, Lawrence, Daisy Parsons, Edgar and Onile Sencindiver.

He is survived by: his wife Stacey Parsons; his daughter Kelsi Parsons-Isleib; his grandchildren, Kylie, Aubrey, Abram, Penelope, Amber Lee Parsons, Aleah, Abel and Aden; his siblings, Gerald, Kevin, Larry Parsons and Anita Parsons-Bakhtiar; and also, Ian Isleib and Eddie Stevens. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.

In lieu of flowers and contributions in memory of Rich can be made to New Life Community Church, honoring his commitment and contributions to the community he held dear.
