He is survived by: his mother Lindsay Dole of Ontario; his sister Kathryn Dole (Johnny Brown) of Winchester, VA.; his sons, Johnny, Dale Brown (Chania Brown) of Winchester, VA. and Tony Lewis (Heather Harris); his grandchildren, Jada, Maverick, Raelynn of Winchester, VA. and Cathleen; his son Tootie Cook; and also Sheri Cook. He is also survived by extended family and friends.
