It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Rhoda Whitacre Kriz (Winchester, Virginia), who passed away on April 29, 2022, at the age of 85, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was loved and cherished by many people including: her father Landon Whitacre; her former husband Joseph Maddox; her husband Dr. George J. Kriz; and her sons, Joseph Maddox, Landon Maddox, Michael Maddox, Richard Kriz and Thomas Kriz. She was also cherished by nine grandchildren and four great grandchildren.
