He was predeceased by: his mother Retha; his in-laws, Francis and David; his siblings, Harlon, Mark, Clarence, David and Christi; his niece Heather; and his nephews, Davey and Landen.
He is survived by: his children, Sean Milam (Kaycee), Nathan Milam (Lettie), Hannah Milam (Jeffy Ceresnie) and Olivia Cummings (Jake); his grandchildren, Clayton, Hallie, Charlotte, Abel, Harlynn, Nicholas, Clarence, Maria, Edith and Levi; and his brother James Milam (Gina). He is also survived by his family, friends.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests that you pay it forward, be generous with your love, and give back when you can, just as Rex did.
