He was predeceased by: his parents, Frances Lloyd Price and Howard Ballenger. He is survived by: his wife Doris Ann Ballenger; his children, Randy Ballenger (Liz), Kristie Edwards (Rahsaan), Debbie Smith (Timmie), Doddie Brooks (Randy), Tina Leps (Clay), Tammy Edwards (Kevin) and Robin Gordon; his sister Frances Pipes; his stepfather Frank Price; his son Michael Ballenger; his sister Linda Murphy; and his son-in-law Larry Gordon. He is also survived by 9 grandchildren and 11 great-grandchildren.
