She was predeceased by: her parents, Leo G. Reid, Sr. and Lillie V. Reid; her daughters, Karen Lynn Love and Rebecca Ann Evans; and her siblings, Gail V. Reid and Leo G. Reid, Jr..
She is survived by: her children, Barbara Diane Cochran (Joe) and Gary R. Haines, Jr. (Melody); her stepdaughter Lynette Jones (Greg); her siblings, Carolyn Reid Turner and Allen Reid (Judy); her grandchildren, Daisha Lea (Jayce), Alisha Payton (Jonathon), Kayla Holyfield (Joshua), Nicholas Daniel, Tori Haines of Zack Haines, J. T, Amber Daniel, Megan Jones and Allie Jones; and her sons-in-law, Tim Love and Scott Evans. She is also survived by 12 great-grandchildren; multiple nieces and nephews.
