He is survived by: his wife Jane Ann; his children, Paul "P. D." Donovan Kelchner, Laurie Kelchner Sosnowski (Guy) and Kevin S. Kelchner; his granddaughter Jeannette Marie Trimper (Brooks); his great grandchildren, Maxwell and Sloane Trimper; and his siblings, Margaret Clowser, Joan Sullivan, Patricia Kelchner, Roland and Daniel Kelchner.
