He was predeceased by: his parents, Melvin Ball and Mary Ball; and his siblings, Donald, Bernard Ball, Nancy Adkins, Leona Loffus and Ellen Kannard.
He is survived by: his niece Tina Tomlin of Sterling. He is also survived by other numerous nieces and nephews.
A graveside service will be held on Tuesday, January 7th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Hillcrest Memory Gardens (VA-229 & Rixeyville Rd, Virginia 22724).
