She is survived by: her parents, Robert Hillyard and Barbara Martin Hillyard; her spouse Thomas Philip Riggs; her children, Thomas Riggs, Jr. of Winchester, Michelle Riggs (Chad) of Oneida, NY and Melissa Clinch (Marc) of Vernon Center, NY; her grandchildren, Alexis VanDusen (Elvis), Jasmine Clinch (Zack), Sadie Riggs, Zane Riggs-Stanhope and Bishop Riggs; her great grandchildren, Hayden Frazer, Paisley and Ryder Relyea; and her brothers, Robert, William and Nathan Hillyard.
