With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Patricia Ann Windley of Winchester, Virginia, who passed away on August 8, 2023 at the age of 87. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Andrew Barrett and Freda Loughry Altiere; her former husband James Isner; her husband Wayne B. Windley; her siblings, Andrew Barrett and Jean Stanley; and her grandson Brandon Bates.

She is survived by: her children, Judith A. Haruck (John), Richard L. Isner of Hyattsville, MD and Terrie S. Harris; her sister Sharon Altiere; and her close friends, Theresa and Bill Harland. She is also survived by six grandchildren; four great grandchildren.
