She was predeceased by: her parents, Charles Eli Garber and Nora Lee Spitzer Garber; and her husband Cassell. She is survived by: her sons, Chip Biggs of Winchester, Steve Biggs of Nashville, TN and Christopher Biggs of Winchester; her granddaughters, Jessie B. Kellogg (Douglas) of Lynchburg, VA and Grace N. Biggs (Brock) of Nashville, TN; and her great grandchild Asher David Kellogg.
