She was predeceased by: her parents, Maury Belle and Curtis Hall Capps; her husband Ronald Franklin Frantz; her children, Vicky Bates and Ronald F. Frantz, II (Teresa) of Indianapolis, IN; and her siblings, Yvonne Cable, Curtis, Jr., Richard and Edward Capps.
She is survived by: her children, Barbara Glower (Lawrence) of Winchester, VA, Rhonda Shifflett (Charles) of Winchester, VA, Melanie Sears of Stephens City, VA, Chester Woods of Indianapolis, IN and Michael Lykins (Beth) of Indianapolis, IN; and her sisters, Irene Mcintosh and Florence Marie. She is also survived by 22 grandchildren; 40 great grandchildren; and 7 great great grandchildren.
