She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Riley Fleming and Georgie Fleming (McDougal); her adoptive parents, William A. Pratt and Ida Lowe Pratt; her husband Robert E. Garrett; her daughter Marcelene F. Pinion of Newport, NC; her grandchildren, Georgina Aye of Fairfax, VA, Michelle Collins of Front Royal, VA, Melissa Robey of White Post, VA, Michael Pinion of Front Royal, VA and Zachary Garrett of Huntington, WV; her great grandchildren, Kaleb Robey, Ryan, Evan Collins, Sofia Garrett, Valentina, Sloan and Teddy Aye; her son William A. "Bill" Garrett; and her siblings, Gerald Wright, Doris Ann Skelley, William R. Fleming, Betty Jean Mullenax, Richard Fleming, Vivian Folio and Mildred Matthews.
