It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Neal Alt of Winchester, Virginia, born in Petersburg, West Virginia, who passed away on May 4, 2022, at the age of 75, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Eulala Alt (Shreve) of Petersburg, WV and Stanley E. Alt; and his sister Barbara Alt. He is survived by: his wife Dixie Alt (McGinnis); his sons, Shawn Alt (Trina), Scott Alt (Jodie) of Stephens City, VA and Steven Alt (Jennifer) of Winchester, VA; his grandchildren, Alyssa Wolfe, Cameron Alt, Dakota Alt, Matthew Alt, Hannah Alt, Brynnan Alt and Cara Kirk; his great grandchildren, Kennedy Alt and Cora Wolfe; his brother Don Alt (Karen) of Petersburg, WV; his niece Jenny Turner; his great-nephew Quentin Turner; and his great-niece Ameilia Turner.
