She is survived by: her husband Marion Francis Cook; her children, Mary Frances Wilson of Winchester, Misty Jane Speczynski (Adam) of Holly Springs, NC and Michael Marion Cook of Winchester; her grandson Tyler Spekczynski; and her sisters, Tish Knight of Alabama, Patsy Norton of Alabama and Jonnie Whitacre of Sophia.
