She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Marvin Grove and Ollie Grove; her husband William Leo Milburn; her daughter Jenny Jo McKown of Frederick County, Virginia; her daughter-in-law Louise Milburn of Winchester, Virginia; her grandchildren, Jeb Milburn of Blacksburg, Aarika Butts of Star Tannery, Jodi Milburn of Winchester and Devin Ray McKown of Frederick County, Virginia; her great grandchild Natalie Butts of Star Tannery, Virginia; her brothers, Amiel "Buck" Grove of Virginia and Ronald Grove (Shirley) of Frederick County; and her son Steven Lee Milburn.
