She is survived by: her children, Kimberly D. Sibert (Gary, Jr.) of Winchester, VA, Denise M. Aikens of Winchester, VA and Dean A. Shifflett of Winchester, VA; her siblings, Susan Gochar of Winchester, VA and Mark Fletcher of Maryland; and her niece Natasha Gochar. She is also survived by 6 grandchildren; 4 great-grandchildren.
