Mary Ellen Harshbarger Obituary
We are sad to announce that on November 30, 2024, Mary Ellen Harshbarger of Winchester, Virginia passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Edna Harshbarger (Seese) and Walter Harshbarger; her granddaughter Ashley Pike; her sister Shirley Kisasonak; and her former husbands, Paul Fike and Robert Pike.
She is survived by: her children, Cheryl Marra (Edward), Ruthi Lee (Sid), Walter Pike (Bethany) and Jerrold Pike, Sr. (Laura); her grandchildren, Jay, Katie, Jessica, Travis, Anthony, Naomi, Nikki, Katonna, Montana, Robbie and Hannah; and her sister Marie Moyers of Brewton, AL.. She is also survived by sixteen great grandchildren.
Visitation was held on Thursday, December 5th 2024 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the South Chapel (1260 Front Royal Pike, Winchester, VA 22602). A memorial service was held on Friday, December 6th 2024 at 9:30 AM at the same location. A burial was held on Friday, December 6th 2024 at the Shenandoah Memorial Park (1270 Front Royal Pike, Winchester, VA 22602).
In lieu of flowers, the family would appreciate memorial contributions be made in Mary's memory to Alzheimer's Association National Capital Area Chapter, 8180 Greensboro Drive, #400, McLean, VA 22102.
