She was predeceased by: her husband Walton Cleo Kelley; her former husband Richard Harlan Mills; her daughter Vicki Kelley; her grandson Chad Mullins; and her siblings, Curt Ring, Carol Warden and Pam Russell.
She is survived by: her children, Mike Mills (Sandy) of Yorktown, VA, Steve Mills (Judy) of Gainesboro, VA, Danny Mills (Tammy) of Hume, VA, Karen Kelley of Jonesboro, AR and Michael Kelley (John Paul) of Little Rock, AR; her grandchildren, Jeremy Mullins, Jr., Christopher Petty, Amber Petty, Jared Smith, Aric Mills, Brandon Mills, Paige Mills, Eli Mills, Tayte Mills and Caden Mills; and her siblings, Larry Ring, Tom Ring, Paul Ring, Beth Ring and Ina Ring. She is also survived by 10 great grandchildren, many loving nieces, nephews and dear friends.
