She was predeceased by: her parents, Lee Combs and Ethel Sisler Combs; her spouse Stacy J. Newlin, Sr.; and her siblings, Lester Combs, Delbert Combs, Winnie Miller, Margory Eaton, Grace Hoover, Wallace Combs and Lorene Russell.
She is survived by: her children, Stacy J. Newlin, Jr. of Clear Brook, VA and Lisa "Jenny" Newlin Bridgeforth (W. E.) of Winchester; her grandchildren, Eddie Bridgeforth (Molly), Travis Bridgeforth, Paige Bridgeforth and Heaven Newlin; her great grandchildren, Quent, Felicity and Rose; her siblings, Vernon Combs (Catherine) of Frederick County, Ralph Combs of Stephens City, VA, Helen Baylis of Winchester and Opal McMillian of Stephens City; and her children, Leister St and Clark Counties. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
