She was predeceased by: her sister Patty; and her former husband Keith Wayne Duckworth Sr.. She is survived by: her children, Janice Duckworth Kinzey (Ron Kinzey), Raymond Duckworth, Jessica Kelly and Keith Duckworth; her siblings, Linda Gillman Young, Mary Sims, Tina Adams, Robin Ward, Edna Mae Sizemore, Dave Watson, Don Watson and Ed Bruce; and her grandchildren, Alyssa and John Davis. She is also survived by grandchildren, two great grandchildren, and her fur grandbabies.
