With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Linda Kiger Miller of Winchester, Virginia, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on March 17, 2025 at the age of 74. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
As Linda departs from this earthly realm, her essence lingers — a whisper on the wind, a ripple on the water — a testament to the enduring power of love to transcend the boundaries of life and death. Though Linda may no longer walk beside us, her spirit lives on in the memories and the legacy Linda leaves behind.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Frank Kiger and Margaret Owens Kiger. She is survived by: her spouse Lynn Miller; and her daughter Jennifer Lynn Miller of Winchester.
