She was predeceased by: her parents, Leslie Duvall Phelps and Margaret E. Clarke Phelps; and her sisters, Mary Elizabeth Farel (Betsy) and Judy G. Davidson. She is survived by: her husband Charles E. Beach of Winchester; her daughter Suzanne Walley (Greg Walley) of Round Hill, VA; her grandchildren, Ryan Walley (Brenda), Chad Walley, Andrew Silvernale (Lindsey), Taylor Walley and Ashley Silvernale Luehr (Joel); and her great grandchildren, Harper, Brielle, Levi, Case and Duke. She is also survived by numerous cousins and nieces and nephews.
