He was predeceased by: his parents, Roby Kiser and Lillian Kiser; and his siblings, Leroy Kiser, Roby Kiser, Jr., Jean Glennan, Juanita Elder, Stella Johnson and Barbara Dockery.
He is survived by: his wife Pam Kiser; his daughter Jamie James (Steven Welden); his grandchildren, Bria Edmonds, Milayna Edmonds, Erica Hanson and Cheyenne Martin; his great grandchild Makhi Harris; his pet Freeway Kiser; his siblings, James Kiser (Mary Miles), Merita Parks (David) and Zelma Dorman (Ronald); and his daughter Melissa Edmonds (Peter Martin). He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
Visitation was held on Wednesday, March 26th 2025 from 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM at the Baker-Post Funeral Home & Cremation Center (10001 Nokesville Rd, Manassas, VA 20110). A funeral service was held on Wednesday, March 26th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the same location.
