He is survived by: his wife Gloria Hines (Everett); his children, Scott Hines (Sheila) of Romney, WV, Rebecca Hines of Romney, WV and Julia Ramos (Tony) of Romney, WV; his grandchildren, Chase McCubbin, Austin Waldron, Alex Waldron and Holly Ramos; and his siblings, Betty Gordon of Romney, WV, William Hines of Warrenton, VA, Donald Hines of San Diego, CA and Grace Kesner of Romney, WV. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
