He was loved and cherished by many people including: his wife Elva Reed; his parents, Charles Reed and Lillian Pearl Lavender; his siblings, Daley Walker (Floyd), Rick Reed and Arnetta Lavender; and his children, Shelby Reed, Kimberly Reed, Kirby Reed Jr. and Lonnie Reed. He was also cherished by six grandchildren, four great-grandchildren, and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
