Kelley (Denise); her brother Philip Kaes (Marlene); her grandchildren, Amber Manzie, Matthew Kelley, Jason Barr, Daniel Kelley and Katrina Lee; her daughter Debbie Kelley; her granddaughter Jennifer Kelley; and her caregivers, Lisa Helmebach, Linda Breen and Kerri Davis. She is also survived by numerous great-grandchildren and great-great-grandchildren.
