She was predeceased by: her parents, Roy Burke and Kathryn Burke; her husband Richard James Mihill; her son Richard James Mihill Jr.; and her brother Roy Randolph Burke Jr..
She is survived by: her children, Starr K. Thurman (Kenneth), Joy L. Semelsberger (Mike), Judith A, Bonnie M. Mihill, Rebecca G. Mihill, K. Dawn Mihill, Lana D. Barrett (Phil), Tammy N. Ashley (Craig), Kimberly G. Mihill (Sharon L. Mihill), Timothy M. Mihill (Julie) and Matthew L. Mihill (Laura); and her sister Bonnie Bickish. She is also survived by 30 grandchildren; 15 great grandchildren and numerous nieces and nephews.
