He was predeceased by: his parents, John Stephen Klucinec and Lucille Klucinec (Maslowski); his sister Joan Piasecki (Klucinec); his brother-in-law Victor Piasecki; his brother Richard Klucinec; and his grandson John Augustine Karls.
He is survived by: his wife Josephine Klucinec (Kisiel); and his children, Julie Karls (Jeff Karls) of Lodi, WI, John Klucinec (Joan), Dan Klucinec (Andria), Jennifer Klucinec and Mary Klucinec of Naples, FL. He is also survived by 21 grandchildren, and 6 great grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, family requests Holy Mass be offered for the repose of his soul or donations to Sacred Heart of Jesus Catholic Church in Winchester, VA or donations to the Scholarship Fund at Magdalen College, Warner, NH in memory of John Augustine Karls.
