He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Albert C. Capehart and Ann Capehart; his wife Jane Capehart of Craigsville; his son Scott Capehart (Sigal); his siblings, Al Capehart (CR) and Scottie Capehart (Janet); his sister-in-law Eve Capehart; his daughter Kelly Briner (Tom); his grandchildren, Lauren, Sarah and Lavran; and his great grandchildren, Luke, Lila and Evelyn.
A celebration of life will be held on Thursday, April 24th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Braddock Street United Methodist Church (115 Wolfe St, Winchester, VA 22601).
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Braddock Street UMC, Our Health, or the William and Henry Evans Home.
