He was predeceased by: his parents, Richard Crenshaw and Jane Gray Crenshaw; his wife Patricia; and his brothers, Richard and Thomas Crenshaw.

He is survived by: his sons, Allen G. Crenshaw (Patti) and Charles "Mike" Crenshaw (Dawn); and his grandchildren, Todd Crenshaw (Catherine), Cody Crenshaw (Amanda), Cory Crenshaw (Mandi) and Christian Crenshaw.
