He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Carrie and John Heishman, Sr.; his significant other Nancy Riggleman; and his children, Wanda McFadden (Dennis) of Winchester, VA, Linda Tyson of Winchester, VA, Judith Turner of Woodstock, VA, Charlotte Salvador (Terry), Victor Riggleman of Winchester, VA, Jack Riggleman, Jr. of Winchester, VA, Kenneth Riggleman (Lisa) of Winchester, VA and Roger Riggleman (Jackie) of Berkeley Springs, WV. He was also cherished by numerous grandchildren, great-grandchildren, and great, great-grandchildren; two sisters and two brothers.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made in Jackie's memory to Round Hill Community Fire and Rescue, 141 Spinning Wheel Lane, Winchester, VA 22603.
