He was predeceased by: his parents, Jesse Franklin Osborne and Zollie Frances Reeves Osborne; and his siblings, Betty Trammel, Merle Durst, Marjorie Brown, Linda Faye McClaughry, Sarah Cobble, James Osborne, Webb Osborne and Charles Osborne.
He is survived by: his wife Zelma Lucille Fletcher Osborne; his son Charles Allen Osborne of Winchester, VA; and his sister Gladys Nice of Fairfax, VA.. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
