We are sad to announce that on August 23, 2023 we had to say goodbye to Jane Ruffner Lucas of Winchester, Virginia, born in Luray, Virginia. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Jacob Daniel and Frances Baldwin Ruffner; her husband Richard P. Lucas; and her siblings, Sue Housden, Polly Hershberger and Nelson Ruffner.
She is survived by: her sons, Bruce Lucas (Leslie) of Richmond, VA, Jay Lucas (Gail) of Winchester, VA and Kirk Lucas of Nashville, TN; and her sister Doris Whiting of Charles Town, WV.. She is also survived by seven grandchildren; six great grandchildren.
