Wolford of Winchester, Virginia, born in Hagerstown, Maryland, who passed away on February 28, 2022, at the age of 79, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, John Preston Wolford and Josephine Estella Wolford; his children, James L. Wolford Jr. (Tonya) of Winchester and Stacy Raye Hersh (Chad) of Strasburg, VA; his stepgrandson Dakota A. Hersh; his first true love Patsy Madeline Wolford; and his brother John Preston Wolford.
