He was predeceased by: his parents, Dr. James Elemore Madden and Sylvia Grim Madden; and his aunts, Ann Coffman and Grace McCarthy. He is survived by: his wife Debbie; his sons, James Keith Madden and Michael Douglas Madden (Michelle); his granddaughters, Emily and Katherine Madden; his aunt Betty Rinker; and his sister Sally Crisman.
