He was predeceased by: his father Rollin Edward Swisher. He is survived by: his mother Rozella Mae Pangle of Winchester, VA; his sisters, Deborah "Debbie" McDonald (Steve) of Clearville, PA and Linda St. Pierre (Patrick) of Palm Desert, CA; and his nieces and nephews, Michael McDonald of Clearville, PA, Sheryl Corbin of Waco, TX, Steven McDonald of Clearville, PA, Patrick St. Pierre (Nicole) of Cleveland, OH, Matthew St. Pierre (Ashley) of Fullerton, CA, Danielle Simpson (Luke) of Bend, OR, Taylor Nanney (Jacob) of San Diego, CA, Austin Corbin of Richmond, VA and Kamdyn Corbin of Myrtle Beach, SC.
Visitation will be held on Monday, February 24th 2025 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Amherst Chapel (1600 Amherst St, Winchester, VA 22601). A memorial service will be held on Tuesday, February 25th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the same location. A burial will be held on Tuesday, February 25th 2025 at the Fairview Cemetery (464 Fairview Rd, Gore, VA 22637).
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made in memory of Jim to Omps Funeral Home to help the family with funeral expenses.
