He was predeceased by: his brother Jonathan P. "Jon" Snow. He is survived by: his parents, James E. Snow (Sally) of Winchester, VA. and Judith DeHaven Kirby (George) of Winchester, VA.; his son Jamie E. Snow (Staci) of Winchester, VA; his grandsons, Kyle, Daniel and Corey Snow; and his sister-in-law Sandy Snow.
